CS Foundation

The Objective of CS Foundation Paper 1 give orientation about different forms of organizations, functions in organizations, business strategies and environment, along with an exposure to elements of business laws.

The basic Objective: To acquaint with the basic principles of management, ethics, communication techniques and entrepreneurship.

The Objective: To familiarize the basic concepts and theories of economics, elementary statistics and mathematics.

CS Executive (New)

Jurisprudence, Interpretation and General Laws (Max Marks 100)
The main objective is To provide the understanding and working knowledge of sources of law, Constitution, legislative environment, interpretation of statutes and general laws.

Company Law (Max Marks 100)
The main objective is To impart expert knowledge of the various provisions of the Companies Act, its schedules, rules, notifications, circulars including secretarial practice, case laws and Secretarial Standards.

 Setting up of Business Entities and Closure(Max Marks 100)
The main Objective To provide working knowledge and understanding of setting up of business entities and their closure
