Paper 1: Advanced Company Law and Practice

Company Law is one of the core areas of practice and expertise for a Company Secretary. At this level you will be studying various provisions under the Companies Act, its Rules and regulations. Paper 6: Ethics, Governance and Sustainability

At this level, you are already well-versed with the provisions of Corporate Laws, it is now the time to understand implementation of these laws. Ethics and Governance are other important forces that drive business.
